What started as a hobby back in Kona in 1969 became a business in 1995. After working with ceramics, paper arts, fresh flowers and Fimo (clay), wood became the material of choice to capture his ideas. Pat started at craft fairs for a few months, then started selling only to local stores that feature local artist. First came a few box styles and slowly designed more and more creations and now produce over a hundred different items. We hope you will treasure and enjoy what his helpers and Pat have created for you!
All items have been designed by Pat Kadooka. All of his work is created, made and manufactured here in Hawaii. His woodwork pieces are made from Koa and occasionally when available he will use other local woods (mango, sandlewood, etc)
